Let’s have a conversation about what your design needs are and how I can answer any questions you may have about working with an interior designer. This will give me the opportunity to assist you in selecting what services appropriate for your desired results. If we are a good fit, we can discuss scheduling a Consultation, which is the first step in starting any interior design project. We can get to know each other and what your scope of work entails.
Initial Advance and billed at hourly rate
This is our signature service. We provide personalized turnkey project delivery, without the added stress for you. We kick off with an Initial Consultation with explanation of the full design process and discuss all the goals you have for your project. We will help you create a budget and timeline, then after that, generate a proposal of service agreement for your approval. We establish weekly design meetings, coordinate with construction trades, and navigate the design and installation of all the interior design elements. This type of project typically occurs over 6-12 month period (depending on the size of project). *See below for more about our initial consultation.
- Refresh Design – We begin with an in-home meeting to discuss your potential new furniture, window treatments, art, accessories, etc. We will outline your project scope. No additional trades involved. Minimum Project Retainer $3000
- Remodel Design – We begin with an in-home meeting to discuss painting, wall paper, moving/removing walls, updating flooring, cabinetry/builtins, countertops, etc. If you haven’t selected a licensed contractor to work with, I can connect you with trusted professionals. Minimum Project Retainer $5000 *All remodel services require critical coordination with specialized trades and require project oversight.
Priced per room
Fully virtual design services. We will provide a customized package based on your design needs. Meetings are scheduled over Zoom. You implement this package on your own (no remodel, ordering/installation services included). I’m based in Portland Oregon, but a good design solution is not limited by location.
Al-a- cart Consultation
Minimum fee $350 for up to 2 hours
One Time Design Advice. Ask me anything. We meet in your space. Additional time billed at designers hourly rate. These appointments are available as my time permits. Booked Full-Service projects have priority. These are booked by requesting a link to my Calendly for availability. All consultations are paid up front, prior to meeting.

Designer for a Day
Minimum fee $625 for up to 5 hours
This service utilizes the furniture and accessories you already own to transform your home as well as suggest a few new pieces to update your look. Additional time billed at designers hourly rate.
- We empty your room and “shop” your home for forgotten treasures you may have tucked away. Then we reassemble and physically move your furniture in the most pleasing arrangement for your room, re-hang your artwork, and place your accessories to finish the effect. We then provide you with a plan for the final touches your room may need, perhaps one more picture, an area rug, a lamp for the corner, whatever it is we spell it out for you so you can shop wisely or we can do the shopping for you at any one of a number of sources. It’s not always about replacing everything you already have with new furniture and accessories. Great interior design is about creativity, blending the old with the new, using the pieces you have accumulated over the years with the new things that make your home perfect. Then adding the accessories that are a true reflection of your family and your lifestyle. Making your house a delight to come home to at the end of the day. You will be amazed at the end result. I will leave you with ideas you can implement yourself.
More about the Initial Consultation
$350 for up to 2 hours
All Full Service design services start with a consultation. This is where I spend time gathering vital information about you and your lifestyle as well as the desires you have for your home. We set an appointment to visit your home or office. I’ll help you to develop a plan, working within your budget, to invest your money wisely in purchases that add value to your home.
I’ll discuss your needs for function, your preferred style and what you are looking to invest in the project. We can help with floor plans, furniture selections, color schemes, window treatments, lighting accessories, whatever you need, we’re here for you.
Essentially, this is a stepping stone with intention that you will be moving forward with further design services. Mainly to gather information to prepare your design agreement and scope of work document. If you would like to move forward with the project, a Letter of Agreement will be prepared outlining the scope of work. The retainer & design fee is calculated based on the scope of work specific to your project.

*No design work, materials/furniture selection or re-arranging of furnishings happen during the initial meeting. I will take notes, pictures and basic quick measurements. Appointment day/time is not confirmed until payment is received. Your follow-up proposal of service, concept board, and preliminary budget pricing will be sent approximately 2 weeks later (depending on size of project).
All rates listed for a 20 mile radius, traveling charges may apply. Additional services quoted by the job.
